This is where the fun begins! Strengthen and balance your core, and build endurance and power as you gain flexibility. Learn how to lift and protect your joints at the same time. Whether you are a novice or just ready to perfect your form by revisiting the basics, this is a fun and challenging class designed to teach you the cornerstone kettlebell movements while getting a great workout at the same time! 1 hour/prerequisite: the kettlebell swing**/location: Green Lake Indoor or Outside location depending on weather - check back for up-to-date information to be posted no later than 7am the day of class.

**If you are new to kettlebells, we would love for you to join us AFTER you have learned the cornerstone movement of all kettlebell exercises, the swing.
