The Kettlebility Transformation Challenge workouts are Kettlebility's own Bootcamp Style workouts that are a combination of kettlebell, bodyweight, TRX suspension training, and Battling Ropes - making this an incredibly dynamic and fun workout. It will raise your metabolism, get your heart pumping, strengthen and balance your core, and build endurance and power as you gain flexibility and learn healthy movement patterns while you burn fat and gain muscle!!! 1 hour class/prerequisite: the kettlebell swing**/location: The Kettlebility Studio.
**If you are new to kettlebells, we would love for you to join us AFTER you have learned the cornerstone movement of all kettlebell exercises, the swing.
