No matter your level, from beginner to advanced kettlebeller, if you want a fast paced, high energy workout to start your day, this is it!  Cornerstone kettlebell movements, body weight exercises, mobility drills and core conditioning make this a full body work out. Designed so you can go at your own pace, you can push hard to get that extra bit of burn, or slow it down to catch your breath -- you set your own goals in a supportive environment with attention to form and safety.  Burn that fat first thing and enjoy your day!

1 hour/prerequisite: the kettlebell swing**/location: the Kettlebility Studio

**If you are new to kettlebells, we would love for you to join us AFTER you have learned the cornerstone movement of all kettlebell exercises, the swing. Due to the complexity of this movement, we are unable to teach it during our ongoing classes.
