This is where the fun begins! Strengthen and balance your core, and build endurance and power as you gain flexibility.  Learn how to lift and protect your joints at the same time.  Whether you are a novice or just ready to perfect your form by revisiting the basics, this is a fun and challenging class designed to teach you the swing and other kettlebell movements while getting a great workout at the same time!
