Step One: Your very first class at Kettlebility, no matter what your skill level, should be Groove Your Swing.  After your first Groove Your Swing class, you are then eligible to sign up for the following classes:

  • Kettlebell Bootcamp

With the prerequisite of the first Groove Your Swing class under your belt as an introduction to basic kettlebell and safe lifting skills, you can attend the above classes. However, until you have passed the Groove Your Swing Skills Test, you will have to wait to swing a kettlebell in any of the above classes.

The fitness portion is a Snatch Test: 100 snatches in 10 minutes.  The rep scheme is up to you.
