The STRONG Mind, STRONGER Body Program is all about helping you create sustainable change and building community around common goals and experiences. Learn what drives you, your choices, decisions and ultimately your ability to do what is important to YOU in a supportive and positive environment.
This special 6-Week Challenge is strength training focused on proper form and technique, with nutrition coaching emphasizing healthy food and drink choices, and a special focus on identifying your goals to develop an actionable plan to achieve them. Build better habits and tap into your full potential — reach your personal and professional goals faster and with less stress because you KNOW you have the STRENGTH to make it happen on your own terms.
Beginning November 4th, the program will meet Mondays at 7pm, with an additional full complement of movement and strength classes throughout the week to choose from.
