    Become your own best friend.

    Spend time with yourself, alone. When exercising at home, or prepping for a tough assignment, feel like you are spending time with your best friend. Love the joy of watching that best friend make noticeable progress and, even better, breakthroughs. The time spent with our striving self is mentally nourishing and gives us the strength to do it again and again. Enjoy being with that person and want to see them often.

    Simple Home Training Idea For This Week:

    Use the Kettlebility LOCK DOWN CHALLENGE to spice up your home training and get a full body – a simple yet not so easy –training session in for the day. You’ll feel better in mind, body, and spirit.

    Choosing DAY4 as our inspiration, here is our suggestion for this week’s complex:

    • [2-Hand Static Start Swings x 5] + [Single Arm Swings x 10/10, or 2-Hand Swings x 20]
    • DAY4 Flow: [Heel Sit + S-Arms x 4 Alternating] + [Cobra Pushup x 3] + [Walk back to Prying Squat] + [Bridge Reach x 6 Alternating] + [Walk back to Prying Squat]
    • Repeat 3-5 times for a full body 20 minute strength and mobility training session
