Many of our instructors are available for personal training. Individualized training is for everyone – for novice kettlebell users, athletes or anyone who wants private or specialized attention.
We spend the first session evaluating your fitness level. Additionally, we’ll focus on safe & effective lifting techniques with kettlebells. We use a variety of exercise equipment and drills to make training effective and fun!
The real value of individual training is that it’s completely customized to YOUR needs as opposed to the larger group classes where we focus on everyone’s overall fitness.
If you participate in a sport that mandates certain training equipment (powerlifting, etc.) or want to use other training equipment other than kettlebells, we are more than happy accommodate.
We also offer free nutritional and lifestyle advice at the end of each training session as time allows.
