A really wonderful place to learn how to get strong again. As a senior who needed to gain strength and balance and resiliency, all the instructors met me where I was and helped me gain the skills to do more! A super safe atmosphere where the all-ages studio community made me feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be better in their body – and it’s fun too!

Took the Groove Your Swing class and was very impressed! Andrea was great and taught the class in a way that really helped build a foundation for protecting my lower back. That’s something I’ve struggled with in other classes.

Kettlebility is a fantastic gym! I’ve been in the fitness industry for 20 years as a yoga instructor and have been to many different types of gyms, Kettlebility is by far the best I’ve seen. The training is outstanding! The instructors are constantly watching your form and giving clear feedback in the moment. As a 51 year old woman I do not want to get injured! The attention to detail makes me feel safe training at Kettlebility. And everyone is super friendly! I felt welcomed into the community right away. The instructors knew my name within a week of my joining. Andrea’s positivity is simply infectious. As is the good energy from RAF, Michael and all the other instructors I’ve had. I loved training at Kettlebility! I was visiting Seattle for a week and wanted a place to train the Simple and Sinister protocol. The gym was incredibly accommodating to my ad hoc request. I also got a lot of invaluable tips from the coaches on my swings and get ups!
